used to be one of my favourite burger joints but has now become a shadow of its former self. now half the size with barely enough manpower. orders take forever and staff can be quite curt, probably from all the stress of increased workload. burger was served with cold tomatoes and lettuce. oh, they also increased the prices. won't return.

Burgers were decent, but it better well be for $20 each. Shoestring fries were good but the fat fries were a bit limp. Overall, food quality is good but it's priced more than Shake Shack I think. Also given how much you pay, they've gone cheap on the sauce with McDonald's style little plastic sauce plates... not impressed.

The burger was extremely oily and the patty was dry. Upon taking the first bite, I was immediately reminded of McDonald's Big Mac, but instead of dry, it was oily. The oil seeped through the paper packaging and it was a sad sight to see. The crazy amount of oil was probably a cover for the dry patty. At $16 for a double patty, I'll give it a wide berth. You can choose to upgrade to a meal for $9 which includes a drink and onion rings, but the onion rings didn't have enough batter. It sure was big, but it wasn't crispy enough. At $25 for a meal, it was too expensive for the quality.

Huge disappointment! burger patty was thin and dry. It is also expensive! For the price I would rather eat at 5 guys or Macdonald’s. Would give 1 star but extra star for the friendly service. I would not eat here again.

Great burgers especially the Impossible. It tasted like real beef and I couldn’t tell the difference. One needs to try it to know it. Milk shake was thick and full of strawberry taste. Really worth the $3 extra. Another one that’s worth mentioning is their boneless chicken. We chose Cajun and they were spicy enough for our liking. They provided breast meat with these chicken and I think they’re great. Not so tough yet healthy enough compared to from other parts of the bird. My daughters love the onion rings which were crispy and satisfying even if they were brought takeaway. Although the fat fries didn’t taste as good when they were bought taken away due to COVID19 circuit breaker, I am sure they will be nice if we are able to eat in. All in all, Fatburger didn’t disappoint us. Price on the mid range compared to other fast foods but I suppose we need to pay a bit more for better quality.
