We have ordered few drinks, I love their mango drink the most because it has mango fruit to eat while drinking the drink. The peals are chewy, not very hard. It's so nice to have some cool and cold drinks especially on summer (I drink cold handmade drinks on winter too 🤣🤣). It is always a nice choice after finished dinner with friends, and want to grab a drink to continue chatting. You can choose the sweetness level and the level of ice. Tsim Sha Tsui's (尖沙咀) 茶理史 is the best, others shops of 茶理史 （分店）are not as tasty as the TST shop. So I do recommend people go to Tsim Sha Tsui and try this handmade drink shop.

I ordered the Tieguanyin (鐵觀音) with sea salted cheese on top. The cheese and tea taste so good when mixed. Would come back and try other varieties.

Amazing bubble tea! We tried quite a few in our time here and this was my favourite! So many options and variety. The fruit teas are very fresh, I had the lime tea, which was quite bitter due to the amount of limes used but that's what I wanted as I'm a lover of citrus!

Chunks of papaya could be found, which was perfectly blended with the rich, fresh milk. Taro pearl was chewy but a bit too tiny. If you are a fan of papaya milk, you should absolutely go for it! - // Tie Guan Yin with Agar Jelly (with Sweet Potato Taro Pearl +$6 HKD) 💲28HKD // Didn’t order sugarless but this drink was not syrupy at all. Even as a tea lover, I found its Tie Guan Yin too strong in flavor that the tea tasted overly bitter when sipped alone. Love its velvety texture, though. The natural sweetness of agar jelly and sweet potato taro pearl helped to balance the bitterness of tea.
