After reading so much about this place I decided to give it a go. Very happy that I did. The wait for Tuesday night at 19:00 was around 25 minutes. Line moved at a consistent rate. Once seated ordered the dipping ramen. Wow, like no other ramen I'd had before.....in a good way. Dipping sauce was super flavorful and the noodles cooked to perfection. I'll definitely come back for more. Easy 5 stars.
The Place
At Fuunji, customers can enjoy the traditional Tsukemen (dipping noodle) experience. Essentially a deconstructed ramen, this dish is best enjoyed by dipping strands of eggy noodles into a thick and creamy chicken and seafood broth. Once coated with this tasty goodness, slurp away! Be careful though, as it can get a little messy.

29 Jan 2020Easily the best bowl of tsukemen I've ever had. The noodles were deliciously chewy and cold. The dipping broth was rich with some fish flavor. The pork was perfectly sized to go with each bite. Really enjoyed this restaurant experience of sitting at the counter and watching the chef prepare each order.

21 Mar 2020This is the first time I've tried dipping noodles. OMG so so tasty. The broth is very concentrated and bursting with flavor (and salt). Make sure to slurp!

15 Feb 2020I personally find this place overrated. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were served with a tsukemen which tasted just regular (I have had better ones). The service was pretty good as the staff can speak multiple languages

24 Feb 2020Don't be intimidated by the queue because they do amazing tsukemen. Go for the big one because it's so addictive. You don't feel you get enough of them if you order the small one. The broth is flavourful and rich, you just wish you could have more noodles to dip it in.
