I spent few hours here with a friend and we had a good experience. Very friendly and polite masseuses. There are different type of treatments, a Moroccan Hammam chamber, steam room and Jacuzzi. There’s a nice atmosphere and it’s a good place where to relax breaking your stress and routine. We all need it sometimes to recharge our energies. I'm surprised there are not many places like this in Sydney compared to other cities in the world.

Aesthetically a nicely decorated place but very small tea room, especially when it's a Sunday. The bathroom for women is not big enough and is hard to share with 20 other people. I had a 90 minute massage and although my masseuse was very accommodating and sweet the massage itself was subpar. The jacuzzi was out of service. I was upset by this because I purposely canceled my "bath services" just because I knew there was a free jacuzzi to use. There was also a large bachelorette party going on and every one was so loud and disrespectful, which made it less relaxing. Also had a discussion with the front desk who told me the head staff there did not recognize where he was "really" from. I was surprised because this is the fanciest spa in the city of Sydney. For the price, it is NOT worth it. I have gotten better massages at small Thai places in the mall.

It was pouring when we visited for my wife's birthday, and so the logical, and romantic move was to head up to the rooftop pool, and swim in the rain. Alone, we floated in the pouring rain, one with the water, and then came the massage. Mind and body were freed, however briefly, from reality. Bliss!

Service was amazing, I was well cared for! They had refreshments like dried fruits and nuts as well as teas! Access to showers with shampoos and conditioners, with rooms to wait in and even nap in! The blankets were so so soft I just want to get one myself! Where do you get the blankets in the Zen room? The treatment I had was devine! It had a mud body wrap, scalp massage and a body massage. Completely worth every penny!

Beautiful spa and first class treatment. When you book at darling spa be ready to get pampered. I love the La Prairie facials and the moroccan hammon treatment.
