Cheung Fan features steamed rice noodle rolls, chopped into bite-sized pieces. It's no wonder these are a favourite — they are pleasantly chewy and silky smooth. Only a fool would eat it plain, on its own — douse it with the array of sauces for maximum satisfaction.
