Spago Dining Room
Spago Dining Room is one of the must-visit fine dining restaurants of Singapore, because it sits on the top of one of Singapore’s most iconic attractions of all time: the Marina Bay Sands hotel. Located on the 57th floor, this restaurant gives you a view of that infinity pool (that has been photographed more times than a celebrity), together with a bird’s eye view of the well-manicured Marina Bay district. Though it’s not closed-in or air-conditioned, the restaurant is breezy and cool thanks to its altitude, and offers delectable American-inspired cuisine.
If you’re heading there for dinner or drinks, Marina Bay Sands representatives highly recommend asking for a seat at the bar so you can fully enjoy the view. Drinks-wise, Native recommends the Rough Love cocktail; although it’s not on the menu, this special drink is a Wolfgang Puck signature cocktail that includes champagne, gin, and plum wine.

LAVO Italian Restaurant And Rooftop Bar
It’s hard to beat Marina Bay Sands when it comes to great skyline views, so it’s unsurprising that our second recommendation also sits on top of another one of those 3 towers. LAVO is a much-loved, extremely highly-rated Italian restaurant on the 57th floor of Tower 1, and reviewers can’t make up their minds which they enjoy most: the food, the cocktails, the ambience, the service or the view. Every item on the menu seems to be delightful, and waitstaff are famously friendly and attentive.

LeVeL33 Craft-Brewery Restaurant & Lounge
Marina Bay Sands offers a great view, but let’s not forget the fact that those 3 towers are, themselves, spectacular to look at. You can’t enjoy how it looks if you’re in it, so move over to LeVeL33 Craft-Brewery Restaurant & Lounge right across the bay for a change of perspective.
Located on the penthouse of Marina Bay Financial Centre’s Tower 1, LeVel 33 is considered the world’s highest microbrewery (guess which floor it’s on) but it’s also a restaurant with a European menu. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and the beers are, naturally, of the highest quality you can expect. LeVel 33 was the recipient of Chope Diners’ Choice 2019's Bar of the Year award, and also holds a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for service and quality.

JAAN by Kirk Westaway
Be sure to dress right for this: JAAN by Kirk Westaway is definitely a fancy restaurant. Every inch of this place screams luxury, from the satiny table cloths and decadent seats to the plush carpet on the floors. It is also one of few restaurants in Singapore that gently remind diners to respect its smart/elegant dress code - that means no shorts, or unsightly flip-flops!
A Michelin-starred restaurant warrants the effort of breaking your good clothes out from the closet, because the dishes and the view are top-notch. Expect British-inspired cuisine with a twist, and panoramic birds-eye views of the city skyline as JAAN is located on the 70th floor of Swissotel the Stamford hotel.
