If you prefer a less vigorous water sport, check out stand-up paddleboarding (or SUP for short)! This peaceful and relaxing water activity not only allows you to chill on water, but also great to test your agility and train your strength, endurance and of course, balance. One tip to maintain your balance on the board is to use a leash (Don’t say I didn’t tell you!). So immerse yourself in the beautiful views of the open seas at Sentosa while paddling on Singapore’s calm waters now! Best yet! Now you can enjoy this water sport at a discounted rate with SingapoRediscover vouchers form December 2020 onwards.

Rowing is the dream exercise that many exercise enthusiasts wish they knew earlier as it is one of the few non-weight bearing yet low impact sports that exercises all your major muscle groups. This means that you get to have a full-body workout with a low chance of getting twist and sprain injuries.

In contrast to public opinion, rowing is an easy-to-learn water sport that can be enjoyed by anyone. Best yet! You don’t have to be physically fit. Interested? Head down to the Singapore Rowing Association (SRA) now where they provide classes for amateurs as well as adaptive programs for the disabled.
