• Please be informed that Marina Bay Sands Skypark Observation Deck will be closed during peak hour 5pm onwards on 5 February and 7 February 2025 for a private event. During these date, non-peak ticket are still applicable for entry with the following last admission time:
  - 5 February 2025 (non peak last admission at 4:30pm).
  - 7 February 2025 (non peak last admission at 2:30pm).

• Marina Bay Sands Skypark Observation Deck is fixed date, valid to visit on the selected visiting date and time.
• The ticket for ArtScience Museum™ Future World (Valid All Day) is is open date, valid to visit any date within the voucher validity.
• Tickets for Gardens by the Bay Double Conservatories and is open date. Those are valid to use within the validity period printed on the vouhcer.
• To use:
  - Present the ticket printed or digitally for admission.
  - For ArtScience Museum™ Future World Exhibition, timeslot registration is required.

• Cloud Forest & Flower Dome: 9am - 9pm daily.
• Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck: 11am - 9pm daily.

Experience's Remarks:

Gardens by the Bay:

• ​Conservatories closed once a month for maintenance.
• If you wish to use the double conservatories ticket on the closure date of any one of the two conservatories, please note that there will be no refund or exchange for this.
• The mentioned two conservatories must be visited on the same day when the ticket is used.

Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck:

• ​Children under 2 years are free of charge.
• Last admission is at 8:30pm. Check the official website for closure date prior to your visit.
• Entrance is at Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3 exterior.

ArtScience Museum™:

• ​Children under 2 years are free of charge.
• Future World: Where Art Meets Science is located in basement 2 of ArtScience Museum™.
• Visitors with disabilities and students above 12 years with a valid student ID can enter using Senior ticket.
• To effectively manage capacity, admission is staggered to 15-minute intervals. As a result, some waiting time may be experienced before entering the museum.
• The Future World permanent exhibition strictly requires timeslot reservation at https://ticket.marinabaysands.com/mbs/booking/asmfwtsrdl2020?promocode=asmfwtsr2020.
• Entry will be denied if no timeslot has been pre-booked.
