How to Use

Step 1: Select the Date, Ticket Type & Quantity of Tickets

Step 2: Click “Book Now” to proceed on to payments

Step 3: Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation within 12 hours

Step 4: Present the voucher in Native to the merchant before the activity

Tickets/Vouchers Information:

The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected visiting date.
To use: show your ticket on mobile at the entrance for admission.

Operational Hours:

Daily at 10.00 AM - 6.30 PM.
Closed every Monday.

Experience's Remarks:

Height limit of 110cm and ABOVE are imposed at the High Performance attraction.
OKU/ Special needs rates can be purchased at the ticket counter (Walk-in).
All jumpers MUST arrive 30 minutes before the jumping session starts. So please arrive on time to avoid disappointment.
Children below age 12 are NOT allowed to book the tickets on their own.
Children below age 12 MUST be accompanied by PAID ENTRY parents in the park, even if they are fully vaccinated.
All jumpers MUST wear grip socks on the trampoline.Tickets purchased do NOT include grip socks.
All jumpers MUST complete the waiver and liability form before the jumping session which is available here.
