Experience's Remarks:
- Due to the CAPACITY LIMITATION, each pass holder can only book for 1 TIME SLOT PER DAY. This is to be fair to other pass holder to have a chance to enjoy their play
- Agreement to the Terms & Conditions:
1. Due to Covid-19 Situation, you agree to be subjected to temperature checks and declarations. You also acknowledge that there are more stringent measures to keep guests safe such as requirement for masks and other protective wear if required by the regulations and our internal policies.
2. That there are inherent risks of injuries associated with dynamic play between children/ persons and the use of our equipments and facilities and I/ we accept these risks.
3. To supervise our children at all times to ensure proper, safe play and not to endanger or inconvenience others in the centre. We agree to abide by all rules, signages and directions given by the crew.
4. That I/ we shall not hold the operators, owners, franchisor, franchisee, directors and staffs of the centre and all its affiliated companies responsible and liable for any injuries, damages, illness or death resulting from admission, patronage and the use of our services and equipment at the centre.
5. That the Management reserves the right to change its terms and conditions, refuse entry, remove persons from the premises and do whatever necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of its customers.
