To use: must do online/on-site exchange with received 13 digit code number. (if the voucher is not exchanged, it cannot be used).

- Seoul Station and Incheon Airport (ICN) both entail Express Train ticket vending machines, guests may redeem their voucher with the ticket vending machines
After redemption, scan the QR code on the train ticket at the ticket gate
Handling Fee for Train Changes: Depending on the train departure time, the handling fee ranges from ₩1,000 to 3,200
Guests may request changes in trains no more than 3 times up to 5 mins before train departure
