• Children 6 years old and above require a ticket to join the workshop, Children below 6 years old can be accompanied by 1 parent.
• The ticket is open date and valid for 180 days from the date of purchase

Operational Hours:

• Workshop schedule by appointment only
• Weekdays: 08:30 am - 10:30 pm
• Saturdays & Sundays: 11:00 am - 06:00 pm
• Workshop's duration is approximately 2 hours.

Workshop's Remarks:

• In any condition that participant is late for more than 30 minutes, they are to re-book their workshop slot based on the future availability at a charge of $10. This is to be fair to other participants that have put in effort to attend the class on time.
• In any condition that participant is unable to attend the workshop, he/she is to inform J2 Terrarium at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the cost will be deemed as "Purchased & Redeemed". An extra charge of $10 will be applicable if the slots were to be booked on other date or session.​
• For ad-hoc booking of terrarium workshop slots, the slots will be confirmed upon payment. No refunds will be available upon confirmation unless case by case basis. Please contact J2 Terrarium if you would need a refund.Children aged 10-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
  
• Not recommended for heavily pregnant wome or those with epilepsy
  
• No wheelchairs allowed
  
• This ticket allows admission only during Off Peak period
