How to Use

Tickets/Vouchers Information:
- The booking voucher is open date with validity for 60 days from the date of purchase
- To use: present the voucher printed or digitally to redeem your game credit
Operational Hours:
- Monday to Thursday (01:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
- Friday to Sunday (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
Experience's Remarks:
- Upon purchasing our package , you will receive credits stored inside a membership card. These credits can be used to play all of our VR games
- The credits last for a period of 1 year from the day of top-up
- The games range from 10 credits to 60 credits
- The average duration our games is 10-15 minutes while our escape rooms lasts for 45min.
- Walk-ins are subject to availability. It would be recommended to give us a call to confirm on availability
- The single game can host 5 to 8 players depending on the game selected.
- A minimum of 2 players is required.
- If you do not accumulate the $1,200 or $7,000 in one year, your membership will be downgraded one tier respectively. .
- 8 private rooms are available for the game.
- The game are suitable with minimum age of 2
- All the headsets including the controllers and all the touch points are well sanitize
- Request for Eye-mask at the counter is optional.

- Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation and refund are not available
- Credits are non-shareable and non-transferable
Safety & Precautionary Measures:
As per 10 October 2022 updates the Singapore Safety Management Measures are further eased, below is the safety precautionary measures for this attraction:
- VDS (Vaccination-Differentiated Safety Measures) will be fully lifted; meaning F&B settings and Event of more than 500 participants can be participated for the vaccinated or unvaccinated.
- Wearing mask is optional for indoors and outdoors premises (with exception on transports, healthcare, and residential care settings)
- Guests are requested to uphold highest hygiene practices
- Guests are kindly advised to not join the tour when feeling ill
Activity Warnings:
- Children must be accompanied by paying adult/s at all times.
Cancellation Policy
