Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• Voucher is valid only on the selected visit date
• The voucher is based on per traveler
• To use: present the printed vouchers along with your passport and other required documents like driving license and etc. (see the experience's remarks).
• Each time slots for each branch accommodates a limited number of travelers. Booking is only considered as completed after you have received a booking voucher
• Please double check if the stated branch info and confirmation detail are correct after receiving your booking voucher.
• Please provide your travelling contact number in the additional comments field when checking out the order.
• Please fill your full name (same with the passport) and nationality correctly, as later it will be used to check by the host.

• Each branches has different time slots and services duration, below is the details:
• Shinagawa branch (experience duration 2 hr) times: 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00
• Akihabara#1 shop (experience duration 2 hr) times: 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00
• Akihabara#2 shop (experience duration 1 hr) times: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00
• Shibuya shop (exprience duration 1 hr) times: 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00
• Tokyo Bay BBQ Shop (experience duration 2 hr) times: 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00
• Asakusa Shop (experience duration 2hr) times: 09:30, 12:30, 15:30, 18:30

Experience's Remarks:

• Please present one of the following along with your passport: valid Japanese driver's license or international driving permit (along with your original driver's license)
• For travelers not holding a Japanese driver's license or SOFA driver's license (for US Forces in Japan), please provide one of the following along with your passport:
• Travelers from Taiwan, Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium, Slovenia, and Monaco may show a Japanese translated license issued by the Japan Automobile Federation or Japanese Embassy in lieu of an international driving permit along with their driver's license issued by their country
• International driving permit according to the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic
• Please note that travelers are not permitted to be dropped off at any other point except for the designated returning point
• Costumes are subject to on-site availability and cannot be reserved in advance
• Booking will automatically be canceled if travelers fail to provide necessary documentation for this experience, refunds will not be granted
• Tours will still depart on rainy days, please note that refunds will not be granted if travelers decide to cancel
• Height Limit: for travelers 150 cm - 185 cm in height
• Weight Recommendation: for travelers 100 kg and under
  
• Not suitable for: pregnant women, people with back problem, people without driving licenses
• Please wear suitable clothing for this experience wear closed toe footwear and avoid wearing long skirts or high heels

• Cancellation done with at least 7 days (7 * 24 hours) prior the activity start days will get full refund
• No refund when cancelling within 0 - 6 days prior the activity start date.
• Please cancel as soon as possible to avoid the rejection of your cancellation&refund request
• Please allow 2 - 5 business day to process the cancellation and refund, after that, the amount will be sent back to your account in 14 business days.
