• This ticket is only valid to use on the selected visit date
• Adult rate apply for guests with age 12 to 99
• Child rate apply for guest with age 6 to 11
• Infant rate is free, applied for age 0 to 5 and must be picked if any.
• To use: show the voucher printed or mobile PDF version to the operator/host

• This Tour operate daily and closed on certain dates. (the native team will reject the booking if the selected visit date is unavailable)

• This tour operate from 08:30 to 12:30 (approximately 4 hour)

• Meeting point for the tour is: Tokyo Station, 1 Chome-9 Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0005, Japan.
• Tour will end at this location: Yūrakuchō, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0006, Japan
• Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minute prior the tour start time (08:30)
• Infant can come and join the tour free of charges but must share seats with its guardian.
• This tour is wheelchair and stroller accessible
• Near public transportation
  
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  
• Participants using wheelchairs must be accompanied by a friend or family member in order to board/disembark all public transportation without assistance from tour guides.
  
• Please contact us in advance when using a wheelchair. Electric wheelchairs are not available, folding is possible.
  
• On Mondays, Fridays and other days when the Imperial Palace East Garden is closed, the tour will visit the Imperial Palace Plaza in front of the Nijubashi Bridge instead
• Children under age 6 may participate for free, but will not be provided with their own bus seats and must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If a seat on the bus is required for the child, please make a booking at the Child rate.
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level

• Cancellation with at least 8 days prior the visit date there will be no cancellation fees/will refund full amount
• Cancellation with at least between 4 to 7 days prior the visit date will be charged 50% of cancellation fees/refund 50% the amount
• No refund will be given/full cancellation fees charged for cancellation within 0 to 3 days prior the visit date.

• There will be temperature checks (fever decision 99.5°F/37.5°C or less - Japan standard) , guests are not allowed to join the tour if not pass this fever check
