- The ticket is open date with validity for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- To use: show the ticket printed or digitally for admission.
Operational Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 12PM - 7PM.
- Saturday - Sunday, Public & School Holidays: 11AM - 7PM.
- Closed on every Thursday.
- Last admission 6PM.

- VR Playzone's Conditions of participation:
- Min. Height: 110cm
- Those with medical conditions (heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy or similar) are not permitted to participate.
- Expectant mothers and seniors aged 65 years old and over are not permitted to participate. - Kids Media Interactive Zone's Conditions of participation:
- Suitable for Children age 3 - 12 years old, with an accompanying adult/guardian to supervise at all times.
