Tickets/Vouchers Information:

• The ticket is fixed date and only valid to use on the selected visiting date.
• **Please book 1 day in advance before 03:00pm (TH Time)**
  
• To use: please present your ticket printed or digitally along with your passport at the counter for admission from 05:00 pm - 08:00 pm.

Operational Hours:

• Show time is at 8:30pm daily except Tuesday. The additional show will be announced in advance.
• Dinner is served from 6pm to 8pm. Except Tuesday.
• The theatre doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned.
• Operating times of show and dinner are subjected to change without prior notice.
• Pick up time for transfer service will be informed in separate email.

• No reserved seat, all booking is based on first come first serve.
• The above rates are for WW market include Thai
• All above rates for children apply to age from 4 -12 years and/or less than 145cm in height.
• Free of charge for children under 4 years of age or less than 90 cm in height, without a seat.
• The above rates are per person and inclusive of 7% VAT.
• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the show.
• Please deposit your camera and all your recording devices at the deposit room in the reception hall before entering the theatre.
• Please turn off the cell phone. Food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre. No smoking, and no pets allow in the theatre.
• For your safety, please remain in your seat for the entire performance.
