- For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time
- For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you up to 2 hours from flight landing time
- If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
Important Information:
- For airport pick up, the date selected at check out should be your flight arrival date e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May
- For hotel pick up, the date selected at check out should be your flight or seaport departure date e.g. if your flight or vessel departs at 1:00am on 2 May, please select 2 May (even if you require pick up on 1 May)
