How to Use

Express Delivery:

Step 1: Select your Travel Start Date and number of rental days

Step 2: Please select the "One-Way Courier Service" Add-On before checkout

Step 3: Native will revert to you within 24 hours

Step 4: Payments will only be processed once the booking has been confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email

Step 5: Your confirmation email will contain details of your booking and the tracking number for your delivery

Step 6: The device will be delivered via courier service to your indicated local address

Step 7: Refer to the user manual within the device package for connectivity instructions

Step 8: Upon your return to Singapore (end of usage period), courier will contact you for a complimentary device pick-up

Step 9: After arrangements have been confirmed, courier will pick up the device 

Step 10: A device return SMS will be sent to let you know that we have safely received the device

Self-Collection:

Step 1: Select your Travel Start Date and number of rental days

Step 2: Please fill in the text field for "Local Address" as N/A, and add in the time and date you wish you to collect your device under "Remarks"

Step 3: Native will revert to you within 24 hours

Step 4: Payments will only be processed once the booking has been confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email

Step 5: Your confirmation email will contain details of your booking and your collection time and date

Step 6: Refer to the user manual within the device package for connectivity instructions

Step 7: Upon or before your return to Singapore (end of usage period), please email us at [email protected] to arrange for a time and date to return the device

Step 8: You may choose to return the device to our office by yourself, or you may select "One-Way Courier Service" from Add-On's upon checkout to have a courier pick up the device from you

Step 9: A device return email will be sent to let you know that we have safely received the device

Know Before You Go

General Information:

  • Activation begins on the date of travel. Kindly select the date of travel when booking
  • The WiFi is regionally activated for the Oceania region: Australia and New Zealand
  • If any changes are needed for your order, including changing the shipping address, or extending the rental period, you can contact us at [email protected]
  • You are obligated to be responsible for the safe and timely return of your pocket Wifi. If the wifi device gets lost, stolen or severely damaged, please inform us. In such an event, you may be liable to pay for the cost of the device - up to $100 SGD
  • Do note that you could also pick up on your own at the below address:

Terms & Conditions:
  • Any orders for equipment must be placed at least two (2) working days before your actual use date
  • Hotspot devices like Roaming Man have to abide by international data roaming agreements and Fair Use Policies, which limit the amount of 4G service a subscriber can use in a given day. Roaming Man limits your 4G usage (which is 150Mbps for download and 50Mbps upload) to about 500mbs per day before reducing your speed to 2G/3G service (or about 256kbps)

Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, no cancellation or amendments to your booking will be allowed.
