The Musée d'Orsay is located in the former Gare d'Orsay train station and is home to one of France's largest national collections of art. The major section of the museum is dedicated to Impressionist and Post-Impressionist paintings, but you also find some sculptures, photographs, and furniture. This is considered one of the best galleries in Paris and contains masterpieces such as Dance at le Moulin de la Galette by Renoir, Apples and Oranges by Cézanne, Van Gogh's self-portraits and many other unique pieces you’ll have the opportunity to admire. "On the centenary of his death, the Musée d'Orsay pays tribute to Edgar Degas (1834-1917) with an exhibition based around the little known work by the writer, poet and thinker, Paul Valéry (1871-1945)."

Note that due to recent COVID-19 all the museum must be timestamped, therefore from now on the ticket is no longer open dated.
Ticket is the general admission ticket and only eligible for the guests that are not in the free admission criteria.
To use: present the ticket printed or mobile PDF version at the Entrance 'C' to enter.

Late night on Thursdays until 9.45pm
Museum cleared at 5:15pm (9:15pm Thursdays)
Closed on Mondays, 1 May and 25 December
