Bali Sobek are a firm favorite: renowned as the island's safest operator, they're a pioneer of white water rafting in Bali, and ambassadors for international standard equipment. Though perfect for beginners and families, don't expect the route to be too easy, for the Ayung is sure to give you a thrill! It's no surprise this is Bali's most popular river for year-round rafting. Not only does the river provide rafting accessible to all experience levels but it also showcases Bali's beautiful nature and interesting canyon wall carvings, not to mention that it's just 5km outside of Ubud. Itinerary: - 7:45am/8:45am/12:15pm Hotel pick up - 9:30am/10:30am/2:00pm Arrival at rafting starting point - Preparation/outfitting and briefing (30 minutes) - Start rafting - 11:30am/12:30pm/4:00pm Arrival at Finish Point - Lunch/Dinner is served on riverbank - 12:00pm/1:00pm/4:30pm Shower and change - 1:00pm/2:00pm/5:30pm Depart and return to hotel

Know Before You Go

What To bring:

Swimwear, t-shirt and shorts that you don't mind getting wet
River sandals/shoes that can get wet
A fresh change of clothes and shoes
A small towel, camera, sunscreen
A bag to carry wet clothes home in (Beware of clothes with non-fast colors that may run)

Insider Tips:

A water resistant bag will be available to keep things dry on the boat (such as a camera) but to be on the safe side we suggest you leave valuables at home
The start and end of the tour require walking up and down some quite steep and deep steps – don't say we didn't warn you!
Bring some money for a refreshing drink at the mid-way point on the river
