General Information:

• For guests staying outside of Hanoi Old Quarter, the meeting point will be at Hanoi Opera House. Your meeting time will be 07:45/12:45 depending on your chosen tour.
• A Chinese or Korean-speaking guide can be provided at an additional cost. Kindly select your preferred language in the packages available.
• The host will not be liable for any loss of valuable items during this tour.
• The driver will serve as your English-speaking guide.
• Hanoi-style beef noodles are provided for guests choosing the morning tour. Guests who opt for the afternoon tour may choose between the Hanoi-style beef noodles or water puppet show.

Hotel pick up conditions:

• Please reconfirm your pick up time at least one day before the tour date on the local host emergency hotline provided in the voucher.
• You are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the final assigned time at the designated meeting point.
• For any amendments about the meeting/pick up arrangements, you will be contacted beforehand.

Warnings of the Activity:

• In case of extreme weather conditions, the itinerary may be changed or the tour may be cancelled.
